Talentspot was created out of a belief that by using a straightforward approach and with deep knowledge and expertise, tech recruitment should be simple and effective. That was six months ago and we are now working with some awesome clients in Ireland who are genuine tech innovators, and they have recruited some fantastic people through Talentspot. We‘re a small, passionate team with huge ambitions and we are now looking to hire an experienced tech recruitment consultant to join the Talentspot family.

  • Thrive on being a tough negotiator and value high fees most
  • Don’t like meeting candidates too often as you believe it’s not the best use of your time
  • Can get 3 CVs over to new role within half a day, all from a job spec on a client’s website  
  • Think a good day in the office is sending some speculative CVs out for business development and 30 InMails to find potential candidates

The Role:

This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of a young tech recruitment consultancy. You won’t just be a cog in a large wheel. As a member of the Talentspot family you can help shape the company and play a key role in its journey. We are seeking a talent professional from a contract, permanent or duel desk background to:

  • Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from developing client relationships to attracting top talent
  • Develop impactful client relationships to understand their business, job descriptions and what good looks like and means to them
  • Approach the candidate market effectively to activate passive job seekers to enhance their careers   
  • Develop and nurture talent pools in your specialist areas
  • Have an innovative approach to using recruitment and networking tools

You:

We’re looking for a recruitment consultant that’s already enjoying a good career in IT Recruitment, but wants to make it better. You will need:

  • 1-3 years’ tech recruitment experience as a 360 recruiter (at the moment we’re not looking for account managers or pure delivery consultants)
  • A huge appetite to be successful
  • A great attitude and desire to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A degree or equivalent experience
