Talentspot Recruitment Limited (“Talentspot, we, us, our”) is incorporated in Ireland and provides recruitment work-finding services to clients and work-seekers.

Talentspot acts as the data controller of personal information obtained from its clients and work-seekers to provide recruitment services. Personal information may include names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, education, certifications, employment history, CV, salary and any other information required to provide you with work-seeking services.

Talentspot will make you aware of the purposes that we intend to use your data for at the time of collection or will advise you prior to use. Data will be accurate and complete and where necessary, kept up to date. Data will be adequate, relevant, processed fairly and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it was obtained. Data will be kept only for clear and legal purposes.  Data will not be used, disclosed or processed in any manner incompatible with the purposes for which it was obtained.

How we collect your data:
We may collect your data from you directly by your submittal of personal details to Talentspot, such as on an application or via our website, or we may collect them from another source such as a jobs’ board. We must have a legal basis for processing your personal data; for the purposes of providing you with work-finding services and/or information relating to roles relevant to you.

How we use your data:
To be able to provide our products and services to you, your information will be retained, processed and disclosed by us in the following ways:

  • To facilitate the recruitment process, by matching personal profile details to job opportunities.
  • To allow details of your skills and experience to be viewed by our clients whom we feel may be interested in the engagement of your services. Your personal details will only be provided to clients upon your expressed direction to apply for jobs.
  • To keep you informed of job opportunities and contract assignments which we think may be of interest to you via email and telephone.
  • To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and us.
  • To preserve our business relationship with you as a user of our website.
  • To keep you informed of the products and services (relevant to your professional interests) offered by us via relevant marketing communications. These could include information about recently registered candidates/consultants, client workshops or user groups we are arranging and market updates.
  • We will not distribute, sell or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission to do so or if we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data to comply with any legal obligation or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use or to protect the rights, property or safety of Talentspot, our customers or others.

Access to or Amending your Personal Information:

  • Have any queries, concerns or requests about your personal data or how we process it.
  • Do not wish Talentspot to hold your information. You are entitled to tell us at any time and we will erase all such information as specified by you from our systems in accordance with the law.
  • Wish to request the portability of your information in certain circumstances.
  • Wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data.

Cookies:
We use site tracking software to site usage and traffic patterns to help us design develop the layout of the website. The software does not enable us to capture any personal information.

Third-party services and any products advertised on those websites are the responsibility of the third party and their inclusion on this website does not imply endorsement by us.
