Senior Frontend Developer

As a Senior Frontend (React) Developer, you will be joining a very high growth scaling and unique Irish Tech SaaS start-up whose platform is disrupting a global industry. You will be developing the UI for their entire platform, using carefully considered design patterns, modern tooling, and clean, reliable code. This is an exciting time to join the team as our client is undertaking a significant UI revamp of their entire product.

What you will do:

• As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for helping to design, build and deliver a frontend that delights customers.
• You will work in collaboration with the backend engineering, product, and design teams to build new features, help drive technical direction, and deliver scalable web technology.
• You will be involved in the development of impressive graphs, dashboards, visualisations, etc.
• Continuous improvement. You’ll be encouraged to bring that through in all aspects of your work.
• You will demonstrate best practices in your work, producing clean, efficient, and well-tested code.

Experience required:

• 3+ years as a Frontend Engineer (JavaScript) shipping large-scale web applications.
• At least 1-year of commercial experience working in React.
• Computer science fundamentals in object-oriented design, algorithm design, etc.
• Experienced in building rich data-driven web applications.
• Experience in working with visual designers, and on the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
• Advanced knowledge of modern web technologies and techniques.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud providers is also nice to have.
