Talentspot has partnered with a market-leading, global end-user to search for a Scrum Master. They require an experienced Scrum Master to join their expanding Dublin-based team to manage a series of projects in the Application Development area. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced agile environment and have the ability to effectively manage a cross-disciplinary team, across multiple projects and geographies. You will run daily stand-ups, ceremonies, report dependencies and liaise with the PMO daily. With 5 - 6 Scrum teams, they use the scaled agile technique, Scrum of Scrum and cross-team facilitation experience will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Working in an agile process, managing deliveries and the full project lifecycle
• Develop sprint plans with Scrum team, plan iterations, drive estimation exercises
• Develop sprint plans, manage risks, provide accurate estimations
• Provide status reports to stakeholders
• Manage relationships with stakeholders
• Manage stand-ups and the scrum ceremonies

Skills /Experience/ Competencies

• Software development using web technologies
• Software project delivery in agile environments
• 2 + years of Scrum Master experience
• Software development and testing best practice
• A passion for delivery
• Strong leadership, Motivational, and facilitation skills
• Problem solver and strong communicator
• Ability to establish good working relationships
• Excellent negotiation skills, with strong business acumen
• Attention to detail
