Recruitment Consultant - Tech Sourcing Specialist 

Talentspot is a specialist, Dublin based tech recruitment consultancy, working with small start-ups up to global, enterprise-scale customers, often on exclusive assignments. Given our continued growth, we’re looking to hire a Delivery Consultant who is passionate about designing, delivering and project managing innovative recruitment campaigns. • You’re an experienced Delivery Consultant that has worked as part of a close-knit team and juggled multiple recruitment projects at once
• You’re passionate about resourcing and live for unearthing and cultivating new talent pools; always coming up with new ideas, new approaches and an obsession to find the tech talent nobody else can
• You’re present across social media, job boards, Meetups and GitHub and keep informed about all the latest sourcing trends, techniques, platforms, and best practices
• You enjoy building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike and you love understanding what makes your customer tick to act as an extension of your clients’ recruitment functions
• You are curious and adaptable – we’re in an unbelievably fast-moving industry and plans can change fast
• You have experience in building talent pools and communities in Software Engineering, with an interest in constantly networking with new candidates and building your reputation in these candidate ecosystems

The role:

We have a comprehensive training program, and your manager will be on hand to ensure you have all the guidance, tools and mentoring you need to help you be the best you can be.

• Working closely with key Talentspot clients to understand and deliver on their hiring projects. You will work with some of Ireland’s most highly regarded technology companies across the Fintech, technology, logistics, gaming, gifting, e-commerce and pharmaceutical sectors
• Approach the candidate market with a clear, compelling message to activate passive job seekers to enhance their careers and lives, using the latest tools and tricks to uncover the best talent e.g., Stack Overflow, Meetup, GitHub
• Own and manage the full candidate recruitment lifecycle, developing candidate relationships and supporting them through their journey
• Network with the local tech community, developing and nurturing talent pools in Software Engineering
• We will help you develop your profile in the industry and build your technical and market knowledge
• Ad-hoc work with the wider Talentspot team on other sourcing projects
• Continuous improvement, always seeking new and innovative ways to recruit

Experience required:

• 1 - 3 years’ experience as a Delivery Consultant. With a proven track record in designing, executing and project managing innovative recruitment campaigns
• A burning passion for resourcing, with a personal interest in knowing all the latest trends, techniques, and platforms for best practice sourcing
• Highly experienced in managing candidates through the recruitment process, using your experience and knowledge to support them throughout the interview, onboarding, and aftercare journey
• Working with clients to help refine, improve, and remove any pain points in their talent acquisition process
• Willing and open to learning and developing new skills
• Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
• A degree or equivalent experience
