Digital Change Project Manager / Business Analyst: Permanent – Dublin/Hybrid

Our long-established, well-known end-user customer is undertaking a suite of digital change initiatives across the organisation. These are to drive better experiences for customer and employee engagement along with operational enhancements. Reporting into the CIO, you will lead the delivery of these projects.

This role is based in Co. Dublin and would provide remote working 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Scope and lead out on digital transformation projects across the enterprise.
  • Work with key stakeholders to define project scope, goals and deliverables, assisting in the preparation of supporting business cases.
  • Work with all key stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
  • Maintain the project plan and report, both internally and externally, on progress against milestones.
  • Manage project risks, issues and scope within the governance structure ensuring appropriate reporting, escalation and approvals.
  • Provide clear and thorough documentation in respect of projects delivered from inception to handover to service delivery.
  • Ensure that required supports are available to enable successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure approval and acceptance of project deliverables to agreed quality standards.
  • Manage Vendors and internal resources in delivery of digital change projects
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Improve project development and delivery across the company.
  • Proactively identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.
  • Innovation – research new applications, platforms, processes, integrations, interface designed to drive improved employee and customer experiences. Maintain an awareness of emerging technologies, architectures, service models and products.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5-6+ years as a digital change PM and BA
  • Good MS SQL, not to build anything but you must know your way around RDBMs
  • Lean

  • Vendor engagement and management
  • Proven project management experience including delivery of digital change
  • Degree in Computer Science and/or other related field
  • Experience of current and emerging technologies
